Background
I grew up in Western Washington and worked for The Boeing Company for 12 years. I moved my family to the Moses Lake area in 2002 to enjoy the open space and beautiful seasons. Grant County has been a wonderful place to live and raise a famiy.
Education and Experience
I am a full time Real Estate Owner/Designated Broker licensed since January 2001, specializing in residential, commercial, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, investment property and sold over 500+ properties. I attended Everett Community College for 2 years majoring in Business and Accounting then Big Bend Community College for 2 more years graduating Phi Theta Kappa with an accounting degree. While owning Garmon Construction as a general contractor specializing in renovations, I have built two of my own homes in Moses Lake and purchased fixer-uppers for resale for many years and previously worked for Aho Construction for 6 years as a Project Manager. In 2011, I was Vice President of the Grant County Home Builders Association and formerly served 2 terms as a Moses Lake Tourism Commissioner.
My Family
I have two wonderful boys, Keoni and Ky who work with me, 2 stepsons Alex & Spencer, stepdaughter in-law Taylor and 3 grandchildren. We spend our spare time having backyard BBQ''s with friends and family, Going RVing and also trips to Mexico.

Licensed since 2006. I was born and raised in Moses Lake, Wa so I know the area very well. I specialize in working with Veterans, First time home buyers and foreclosures. I have a lot respect for the sacrifice's that our Veterans make for our freedoms so helping them with the home buying process is the least I can do for them. I also really enjoy teaching first time home buyers the process of buying the biggest investment of their life and seeing the smile on their face when I give them keys. It's very rewarding. I have been handling foreclosures for 17 yrs so I know that aspect of real estate as well. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with family, camping, kayaking and geocaching. Eastern Washington has some beautiful campgrounds, lakes and hiking trails.
Originally from Tulalip Washington but went to school and college in Moses Lake. I come from a family of Real Estate Brokers so choosing a Real Estate career was my destiny. While growing up with my family and to this day I have remodeled homes for resell which has given me a strong knowledge of repair costs along with before and after pricing. Although I specialize in foreclosures I also work all types of real estate. I follow the market daily so I can help my clients make sound decisions.
I enjoy living in Moses Lake since I love the outdoors. Camping, hiking, fishing and bbq’s with my family are among my favorites.

Originally from the west side of Washington, my husband Jeff and I moved here to Moses Lake about four years ago. It was the best decision we’ve made. We love the laid back and slow-paced environment in Eastern WA, specifically Moses Lake. We have enjoyed adventuring out to see all that Eastern WA has to offer with camping and hiking, there is so much to see and do here!
We have three daughters and one son. Ellen and Lydia who after serving in the Marine Corps and Navy moved over here as well. Our eldest daughter Elise, lives on the west side with her husband Alex and my first grandchild Elliot. Our son, Ian is going to bible college in Cannon beach Oregon.As a family we love going to the beach, watching the family favorite movies and playing card games.For many years I worked in the school system while my kids were younger, but after they all graduated and left home, I decided I wanted to switch careers and go into real estate. I am new to the business, but I have my own experience buying and selling multiple houses. I’m very excited to help you through the process of finding the house of your dreams.
